AFP : Brown warns Sri Lanka over conflict
Prime Minister Gordon Brown on Saturday warned Sri Lanka there would be “consequences for its actions” if Colombo did not allow humanitarian agencies access to civilians and end the conflict with Tamil Tiger rebels.
